Trouba Apps

Like with all other of our applications and services we at Trouba put quality and privacy in first place. This means we don't collect any of your data to sell it to third parties. If you like our approach share our products with your friends or support us by purchasing or subscribing to our other solutions! This page is used to inform the user regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in conjunction with the usage of any services or applications we provide . If you choose to use our solutions, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving our services. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our services, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email address, IP address and Full Name. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy. An App can use third party services that may collect information used to identify you. If a third party service is used knowingly we'll list it here.

Trouba ID

You have the option to create a Trouba ID account, witch is required for some services. Upon creating an account we store the following information in our server: Your email address and an optional username, your full name and an obfuscated password. You may be required to let us know your phone number to access certain parts of the website or services. We solely use your email address and phone number for account verification purpose or to contact you if you allowed this in your Truoba ID account settings. We will not use your email address or phone number for marketing purpose. We will not distribute your phone number to third-parties. We will not distribute your email address to third-parties without your confirmation.

Trouba Cloud Storage

Trouba Cloud let's you upload and download selected files from and to our servers. To interact with this service you need to create or own an existing Trouba ID Account. Your files are stored in our servers which are located exclusively in Switzerland. We have taken all necessary steps to guaranty your privacy. Data backup is performed at least on a weekly basis.

Trouba Notes

We provide an option to store all your notes to Trouba Cloud. To use this option you are required to connect with a Trouba ID account. Your notes are stored in our servers which are located exclusively in Switzerland.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our service, we collect data and information (potentially through third party products) on your device called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your devices's IP address, device name, operating system version, configuration of the app when utilizing our sService, the time and date of your use of the service, and other statistics.

IP Address

We allow you to purchase in-app items at discounted price. We collect your device's Internet Protocol ("IP") address whenever the app launched for the first 4 times. This is used to keep track app launched event, so that we can reward possible referrer who refers you to download, install and launch the app.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly acting as an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your devices's internal memory.

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals due to the following reasons: To facilitate our Service; To provide the Service on our behalf; To perform Service-related services; or To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
